All sales are final. We will replace products (or refund at out discretion when appropriate) that we get ample proof of defect.

US Sales receive free shipping via USPS which is typically First Class but weight could make it Parcel or Priority (We will choose). Shipping outside the US requires contact first so we can get you an estimate of cost.
